Day 14: 100 Words for 100 Days

Feelings, Frustration, and Faulty Communication

Frustration is a flood that has the capability of destroying everything in its vicinity.

Like floods, frustration doesn’t appear on its own. Neither is ever a root cause. Tracking down the true reason behind the occurrence of either, seems to only become a concern once damage is done.

Like a flood, there is an ingredient that is inevitably present and necessary for growth.

For a flood, it’s water.

For frustration, it’s feelings.

Both are a beautiful life source. Both are also incredibly destructive when not contained.

Frustration is a build up and overwhelming overflow of feelings.

Frustration is a flood.
