Day 2: 100 Words for 100 Days
REALLY Bad Information
Working in education has changed my thoughts surrounding parenting. In fairness, I believe most parents do the best we can with the information we have.
We just sometimes have REALLY bad information.
From that bad input, we formulate ideas of what should be with the best intentions of protection and preparation. From that desire to prepare and protect comes the belief that we have to raise men.
We don’t.
The issue with rushing through the steps of creating a proper thought process (previously discussed) is the increased chances that gaps are filled with a variety of illegitimate, possibly nefarious, ideologies.
