Have you ever heard the saying: “You gotta teach people how to treat you?”

I think at times we forget that we are also, indeed, people.

So, when we walk down the hallways of our minds, the words we utter can echo loudly a million times before it fades. It's important to be taught the second half of self reflection in order to effectively move forward without the unbearable weight of what should be.

“Should” is a shovel that digs tunnels deep into our subconscious that are filled only with the dirt that is believed to have been thrown aside.
